Telangana Bar Council Enrollment Online Procedure
  1. The Telangana State Bar Council has an online enrollment application process (Barcouncil Enrolment Application (telanganabarcouncil.org) , which contains category-wise forms that need to be submitted by applicants.

2. Applicants need to submit the following forms to process their application:
a. Personal Details (Enter basic information, including name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, and place of practice) b. Contact Details (Enter present and permanent addresses along with pin codes)
c. Academic Details (Enter educational qualifications, including SSC, intermediate, graduation, law degree, and other degrees)
d. Employment Details (Enter employment details)
e. Upload Documents (Upload passport size photograph, signature in JPG format, and all academic certificates in a single PDF file.)

3. Each form will have a “SAVE” button.
a. SAVE => The applicant’s entered data will be saved in the form, and changes can be made if necessary.

4. After submitting the forms, the Telangana State Bar Council office will scrutinize the details. i) If the details and documents submitted by the applicant are correct, the payment particulars section will be enabled for the applicant to download the fee challans, and the necessary information will be sent to their registered email. ii)If any compliance is required, the applicant will receive a notification to their registered email. iii) If the applicant needs to resubmit any required information or documents, the office will send a notification, and the applicant will need to submit all forms once again to process the application.

  1. To make the payment for enrollment, State Bank of India generates category-wise Fee Challans in PDF format. Applicants must download the challans and pay the fee at any nearby SBI branch. They should then upload a copy of the payment receipt in a single PDF file in the “Payment Upload Receipts” section.
  2. In the “Affidavits upload Section”, every candidate must upload a Declaration Affidavit. Applicants falling under specific categories must also upload the corresponding affidavit, including those with more than 5 years gap in studies, service candidates, and those involved in criminal cases. The necessary affidavit formats are available for download in this section.
  3. Once the fee receipts and affidavits are verified, the Office will approve the online application if everything is in order. The application will be generated in PDF format, which the applicant can download from the “View Application Section”. After downloading the application, the applicant must follow the required procedure, including filling and signing the Certificate of Good Moral Character, which must be signed by two advocates or gazetted officers, filling out Page No.10, and having their digital photograph attested by an advocate or gazetted officer.
  1. After completing the previous steps, candidates are required to upload a 10-page application in the Application Upload Section. Subsequently, the candidate will be notified via email whether their enrolment will be done virtually or physically. If physical enrolment is required, candidates must send the filled-up application through R.P.A.D, along with the original law certificate and two sets of attested photocopies of all educational certificates.
  2. Candidates who have completed three years since passing their law exam are only required to submit a photocopy of their law convocation certificate. SC/ST category candidates must upload a photocopy of their caste certificate.

  2. Please upload the photo in PNG/JPEG format only. The maximum image size allowed is 1 MB, and the dimensions should be 98px * 130px.
  3. Please upload the signature in PNG/JPEG format only. The maximum image size allowed is 1 MB, and the dimensions should be 420px * 120px.
  4. Upload the following certificates in one PDF file: SSC or its equivalent, Intermediate or its equivalent, Degree or its equivalent, Law Certificate, Other Qualification Certificates, and Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates.
  5. Documents must be uploaded in JPG or PDF format only, and they should be clearly visible. The maximum file size allowed is 2 MB.
